I attended Miriam’s course “Create the life you desire” before summer. I wanted to try as I was getting fed up being stuck trying to start my business. I am a sculptor and started last year to get commissions. I couldn’t help but sabotage by procrastinating. This is what I discover on the first day of Miriam’s course. She is quick and very clever with a serious background behind her courses. "The weight management program was so much fun. First I started with the food diary in which I learned that writing down what I ate actually made me eat less somehow. I started walking along with my weight training, which helped me lose weight. Dear Miriam, I had wanted to email you as soon as I finished my race yesterday to express to you my eternal gratitude, but wanted to be sitting at my computer rather than shooting it off from my phone… I truly can not thank you enough for the help you gave me, it was so much more than just a tool for a race, or a sleep, my overall sense of being shifted these last 10 days, and I owe that to you! My 12 years old son had been suffering from travel sickness for many years, after one visit to Miriam, he has now gone on 6 flights sickness and stress free. Miriam was understanding and informative and made my son feel at ease before showing him breathing exercises to alleviate the problem. I tried nearly everything to help combat my fear of flying: the courses, the exhaustive research, even a flight in a cockpit, to no avail. In desperation I turned to Miriam Mills to help me, my first time ever with a therapist.
